Karmela Herrera Billones is the Director of Youth Education and AA CARES Equity Initiatives. She is an educator, consultant, and coach who specializes in building teams and facilitating organizational change. She has dedicated 20 years of her career to transformational educational experiences for students and practitioners. Karmela believes in the power of Ethnic Studies, authentic relationships, and community to change lives.
